I work at a radio station.

M: 12am-6am
T: 12am-6am
W: 12am-6am
Th: 12am-6am
F: 12am-6am + 5pm-9pm
Sa: 6am-12pm
Su: 12am-6am

I have no sick days, I work every holiday, and I have no dental coverage. Sometimes I work 17 hour days, sometimes 12, one time I worked a 30 hour shift.

Anyone with weekends off is a Communist.

I get 15 paid vacation days, and 10 paid holidays. So 5 weeks total. However, after 7 years, you get an 8 week sabatical. So your 7th year, you get 13 weeks paid vacation!

I have 15 paid vacation days, 12 sick days, 2 floating holidays on whatever day I want, and 10 paid holidays every year. I'll get 20 paid vacation days next year. This is pretty good in the private sector in the U.S. My friends don't even come close that work private. I envy all the public employees with the vacations they get.

I get 15 days this year plus some. I work for a school and with the exception of the summer, when the kids aren't there, I'm not either. All in all, I probably have around 40-50 days off.

80 hours/year, which at this point in life is ample. I have 90 built up this year and will probably end up not even using the 50 or so (you can carry over only 40).

10 days a year till I get to 10 years with the company when it goes up to 15 days. Though we do have a shutdown from the 24th of Dec. to the 4th of January which I get off, its nice. :)

The catch is that we have to put in 40 hours during the short holiday weeks, of which there are 5, I put in 40 hours for all those weeks so I get the entire time from christmas eve till the 4th off (paid).
