How many cups of coffee do you drink each day?

Hmmm.. Well, in my work place we usually get together in groups of 2-4 guys whenever someone suggets, and we do the whole ceremony of making the coffee and stuff.
I usually get one in the morning, and I MUST have one after lunch, since I fall a sleep if I don't have it.
Also, I don't like other people preparing coffee for me, I just don't trust their skills.. 🙂

how do you guys manage to stay awake at work???!! (if you work with computers that is).

Another thing, I heard the coffee is actually to drink before you workout, makes you burn fat faster.

Voted 3-4.

I brew 6 cups every morning according to my coffee maker. This translates to 2 standard coffee mugs + my travel mug on weekdays, and 4 full standard coffee cups on the weekends.

None. Quit drinking coffee over 10 years ago. My caffeine vehicle of choice is diet Pepsi. I drink entirely too much of it.

I either have iced tea, or some kind of soda. those are my vice's I guess.

depends on the day...slow days = 4+
busy days = 2-4
minimum of 2 b/c one when I wake up, and one when I get to work

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean, you're looking at the guy who believed the commercials, you know, about "Be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger. Now it's "Grimesy, black, one sugar" or "Grimesy, got a powdered anywhere?"

name that movie!

easy one... Black Hawk Down

I only drink coffee when i have a lot of work to do and know im going to get sidetracked if i can't focus. When this happens and i need to buckle down, i'll drink at least 3-6 8oz cups of coffee (in one big glass of course). it works wonders.

none.

I don't wake up until 2 pm on a good day, so if I need a caffine/sugar burst, I'm much more likely to turn to soda.

though back when I worked a 9-5 at a company who provided free coffee, I drank 3-4 cups/day.
