21 here. Couldn't remember the name of the Sega portable (Game Gear), but I don't think I would've gotten any more if I sat there and thought about it.
 
I got 35. Some are debatable as to whether it was really a console. the atari flash backs? I wouldnt' call that a new console. The Master system ii. It was a freaking console revision at best. for the life of my I could not spell magnavox.
