How Many Cats Do You Own?

I have 1 cat. He was a stray living out of a neighbor's garage that adopted us. He was fixed and already had his front claws removed when he found us.

He is indoors only now, and has no problem with it.

We have no idea how old he is, but guessed he was 5 when we adopted him and that guess was supported by our vet. That would make him about 9 now.

He's huge. Not fat so much as just big. He weighs 17 lbs.

How about just change it to "fixed" or "spayed/nuetered?"
 
One cat ... to be spayed today 🙁 for her. Not declawed, and only ventures outside occasionally.
 
In Soviet Russia, Cats own you!
I've got two, Kitrina, a cinnamon colored classic tabby american shorthair, and Ziggy, a black and white american shorthair. He's named Ziggy because he has a white zig-zag on his back. I adopted them from a local shelter, both came fixed, neither are (no ever will be) declawed.
 
One cat, indoor but always wants to go outdoors, non declawed, spayed. Long hair, who knows what breed it is, calico.
 
My Clan

All Fixed.

I would NEVER, EVER declaw a cat. NOT EVER!!!! My couches are in pretty bad shape in some areas... but ... well, I knew what I was in for when I started rescuing. I need to be more vigilant with the water guns and fresh scratching posts.

Only three of this clan are strictly indoor cats, the rest go in and out. Fenced in Backyard, garage, back to the house. They ALL sleep in doors at night and have a 10:00PM curfew, except summer... then it is 11:00PM. Normally we open the back door in the morning while coffee is brewing and let them in to eat at various times during the day.

They drive me nuts, but I adore every one of them.
