What part? How's it cooked? Is it breaded? Fried? Skin and/or fat removed? If you want to be specific, you're going to need to be specific. But failing that, if you're looking to lose weight, overestimate the calories in your food.
Boneless skinless chicken breasts. I normally pick it up at Walmart. I don't remember seeing anything about trimmed fat on the package. I grill it myself in blackened seasoning.
Think that sucks. Try googling how many calories are in white rice when you got it from a restaurant and don't know what specific type of white rice it is.
