Anyone have a rough estimate? I think ive done about 10 -15 on this tank and i dont want to run out.

Yes, which is why you have to tether your BBQ as you get near the end of the bottle.

Do what I do: just buy a second tank. When the first tank goes empty, I've got plenty of time to get it refilled. That way you never get caught with no propane left.
BTW, one tank lasts me through most of a summer.
