how many 7% drinks does it take you to get buzzed? (honest poll)

How big is the drink?

Beer size = 4 for me if you mean buzzed as in good buzz. More if you mean 'head spinning and floor hitting me in the face'.

15 beers in 1 hour is impossible. you'd pop.

Or they come back out after you drink them. If I'm going to be drinking a lot, I usualy drink strong mixed drinks because as you said, 15 beers and food do not all fit in your stomach at the same time. An hour was the wrong time frame to give, I really should have said an hour and a half.

That is a rough calculation based on several factors. Some will be higher, some will be lower, but the number is damn close to actual.

Hm, I've never really felt like this after 15 drinks: (although I do weigh 200lbs and I've found that it seems my body processes alcohol pretty quickly).

0.30 BAC: STUPOR. You have little comprehension of where you are. You may pass out suddenly and be difficult to awaken.

Don't get me wrong, 15 drinks and I'm pretty damn toasted, it's just stupor wouldn't be a word to describe how I ususaly feel.

All of this seems pretty immature to keep going on about, I don't want to sound like I'm bragging about how much I can drink, I was just answering the question.

Well....this question hits home for me because I haven't had a drink in about 3 months. I was drinking about 16-20 beers per day on off days and on weekends. (That was a side effect from living in germany for 5 years). Then it would take me ALOT to get buzzed and would cost me a small fortune to get drunk.

But due to my wifes constant nagging over the past half decade, I have decided to give up drinking for good. It was hard at first but now im happy and proud to have quit. When I think of all the hardware I could have bought with all that money I wasted on alcohol, it makes me sick!

I put 4 becoz it takes that many before I start to feel relaxed.

The amount I can drink varies on my mood, sleep, and general well-being. I have been known to drink myself sober on more then one occasion, and drinking 15 odd drinks in a night is not uncommon for me (no more then 4 / 5 :beer: thou, I get bloated after that!)
