How loud is your system? (dBs pls, not........"its so loud it drives me crazy")

Maybe we can get an idea about how loud/quiet our systems are.


I am at 45.2 dBs

No Idea, I have a front 120mm fan with the voltage dropped that I can't hear, with the CPU fan stopped.
I'm getting an Ax7 with a 21 dBa fan, and I don't know what my PSU fan is, but I can't hear that either when my current CPU fan is stopped. So when my new heatsink arrives, I should have a silent PC (except for the hard drives, and that noisy liteon cdrw.)

I put in levels higher than the fans probably are just to be safe.
CPU Fan: 60mm 6800RPM BL Delta ~40dba
Upper front intake: 92mm Delta ~38dba
Lower front intake, both rear otakes: 80mm thremally controlled clear fans with blue leds ~36dba each
PSU fan ~28dba

Its probably more likely around 42 dba

Case runs at 26C though.
CPU @ 41C full load and 29C idle.

I am taking nominal numbers of the fans (3 panaflos L1A + 1 SVC 28 dBa in a GC68). Total is 30.4836 dBa.. not bad! By the way, what a cool program.

According to that utility, I'm at 23.322 dba. I know the total has to be a little higher, so I'll say bare minumum 27.
