Go to a McDonalds stand at Disney World. All your answers will be proven wrong...

I got stationed in Orlando and never went to any of the big amusement parks. Looking back I'm not sure why.
In any case, I'd probably just eat a big breakfast, poop once or twice, have fun with the attractions, and eat elsewhere.

I've been known to snarl at my own toaster ("toast faster, you bastard!"), so I'm not waiting more than a few minutes for 'fast food'.

Somewhat amusing situation yesterday when I went to Starbucks - there were 15+ cars in the line spilling into the main street.
I pass them by and park in front of the store, I go in, I'm the only one there (well, one guy was just exiting, holding the door as I went in), it took about 30s before I was served, the order was completed in about 2 mins, and all-in-all, I was back in my car with the drink in less than 4 mins.
I struggle to understand why people prefer wasting fuel even when it's obvious going inside will be faster. In this case, considerably.
While I would normally agree the problem until today was that many locations had their lobby closed

My college age step son and his gf were going to ChickFIllA a ton when they were in school. Since covid, they've only had it maybe twice. They'd have to drive about an hour to get to the nearest 1. Personally haven't had it in years, I just don't typically order chicken sandwiches.

I'd be willing to wait about 10 mins max for FF. If I think it's going to take longer than that, I usually skip it. We don't have any FF chain restaurants in my town. We have 2 burger joints and they're usually pretty good about getting our order done within 10 mins. Always call it in before we go though.

10 minutes for regular fast food, 15 for chipotle. I am a big loser but not a huge loser.

I remember when a krispy kreme donuts opened in our town and there were lines going down the street.
I walked into the Harris Teeter RIGHT NEXT DOOR and bought a 12 pack of krispy kreme donuts and took them home, laughing as I drove by the crowd.
But they got donuts that were still warm...

Totally not related to this thread but have you ever mixed horseradish and honey mustard together? That shit is so dope and is good on everything.
I buy horseradish mustard and it rocks! It is great spread on a pork loin roast before cooking.

Chick-FIl-A is the most overrated fast food joint there is. The hype is not real.

This. Popeyes destroys chick fil a any day of the week. And five guys is the best fast food burger. I haven’t had fast food in like a year and I might get both this weekend. My fiancee is going away for the weekend and I don’t like making real food for just myself.

Nice, you should try making your own for the next loin you roast. It takes some trial and error but once you get the right parts per horseradish to honey mustard correct it's pure bliss in your mouth. Honestly your taste buds will never be the same.

Hm, weird, Toronto has had fairly strict Covid measure in the last ~2 months, and every place that's open has in-store takeout.
What about people who don't have cars? They just stand in the line between cars lol?

Dunno, but there was a story on the news over the weekend about a famous houtie toutie beer that people stand in long lines for every year at this time. I FF right through it, don't want to know about it.

no, it is awesome! It is related to mustard plants hence the strong odour. I love that sinus clearing flavour.
I like to keep a small bottle in the fridge. Don't often reach for it, but yeah, horseradish is great stuff. I used to buy it fresh, grate and eat with some kind of buttery stuff, can't remember what it was. HR is good on some things. I mean, look it up.

I keep a jar of it, too. You can make a wicked salad dressing with it. It also can be used with ground beef when making burgers.

I never wait for fast food. Contrary to doing so. And this idiot business is a bigoted business catering to [mostly] idiots. I didn't say all of you were idiots.

what? you don't get real Krispy Kreme donuts from those grocery store kiosks. If you knew anything about Krispy Kreme, you would know that. You go to the store when the light is on. That's the effing point. You overpaid for old, tossed-out donuts.

horseradish is awesome. It's one of the few condiments that you can add to properly-prepared beef that works.

Five guys isn't fast food. Minimum requirement for fast food is to have a drive-thru.

Also Popeyes sucks. Chick-Fil-A is legit.

Popeyes never has a line - Chick-Fil-A always has a line and they still steamroll through that line in record timing.
