How long will nForce3 Ultra boards be around?

I'm planning to build a new socket 939 system with either an nF3 or KT800 board because I need the AGP slot. However, I don't need the parts until the end of January and it seems the boards are starting to disappear from NewEgg's site. In the past week the MSI Neo, Asus A8V Deluxe have gone, and the EPoX EP-9NDA3+ is now out of stock. Are the manufacturers planning a phase out in the next couple of months to concentrate on PCIe boards?
