How long to expect a reply from the subscriber email address?

Two days ago I suubscribed. I have not been able to log in and the forum speed is just aggravating. I'm wondering just how long I need to wait to get my account working? I'm not upset but I would like an ETA on a reply date.

What error are you getting when you try to login to the subscriber server?

Did you receive your receipt via e-mail from ibill (I think that's the one)?

3 days later and still no subscriber access.
Why is this taking so long to get sorted out?

As much as I support the subscriber service, I have to say this is unacceptable.

When free, the lack of response could be justified - but when you have paid for a service response should be quicker.

When I get home I will forward the transaction e-mail again. Maybe it got lost(?) the first time? (with equal odds that I get struck by lightening going home on this sunny afternoon).

I am sorry to report that I too never got responses when I sent questions to the subscriber email address. I sent two emails, from two different servers, one on April 11th and the first at least a week earlier, requesting help.

It is now June 7, and I never received a response.:(:|:(

I'm probably just gonna try/pay again and dispute the first charge for lack of services rendered. I'll let anandtech sort that out; if this isn't working by monday morning that's what I'm doing.

That's right. It can take several days to get a response...if at all.
