My guess is after thanksgiving but before christmas. It is in everybody best interest to have it out prior to thanksgiving but they could not do it with clovertrail and baytrail before that with only a few devices and limited supply out prior to thanksgiving and broadwell may have foundry problems with yields. (who knows it is a rumor who knows if its legitimate most people who spread it can't possibly know.)

What do you consider a great tablet? You can sometimes get some windows 8 tablets for really cheap that are not half bad. Not broadwell good or anything but not pieces of shit either. I am talking sub $200 for an 8 inch quad core, and $250 for the t100 new with dock.

Why not? They got the shape right with the Pro 3, but it's still too thick to be considered a real tablet. Broadwell allows for a much thinner form factor.
