I get out of bed and walk 30 feet to the computer...😛

I remember commuting for work though...Some jobs, only 30-45 minutes, but most were 1.5 hours or more each way. That sucks...especially if I had to make the drive during the rush hour periods when it could easily take 3 hours.

I know some people who live in West Virginia and commute to DC every day for work. I think i'd off myself before doing that.

20 minutes each way if there is no traffic. There is never traffic going to work.

It takes about 45-60 minutes on the same route to get home if I leave the office before 7:00 PM, which I usually do not do. For days that I do, I take a back way that never has traffic, but takes 30 minutes.

About 35 minutes. Includes 10 minutes of walking. A couple of minutes could probably be shaved off.

6 minute walk. Possibly 7 or 8 minutes if I get distracted by a hot college girl walking around on my way to the engineering building.

Maybe 2km give or take, never actually measured. Takes about 10 minutes in summer, 5 minutes in winter.

I would go insane if I had to commute super long every single day.

I drove into the SF Bay area 5, 6, and sometimes 7 days per week for several years. Depending on the job, it was anywhere from 75 miles one way to 130 miles one way...

Doing oil changes every 3,000 miles...that was an oil change at least once per month...and new tires every year.

It does suck, I'm not going to lie. On the other hand I'm just glad that I have a job to commute to. 😀

About forty minutes for a 22 mile drive. When I started this job there were no traffic lights between home and office. Now there are eight lights plus two new school zones. One thing I miss about my old job was that I could walk to work in about five minutes. Commuting takes a huge chunk out of the day.

Next year our office is supposed to move to a different part of town which should cut my commute by 15 minutes each way.

An hour and 45 minutes today.... It's a 29 mile commute into Boston. With no traffic it takes me 25 to 30 minutes... Usually it's an hour.

Only have to travel about 30 feet but it takes me 2 hours to get there. Wake up, hit snooze, wake up, shower, eat breakfast, snooze, yell at cats, feed cats, etc.

Takes me about 15 minutes. I can't imagine driving for 3 hours each day. I'd have to be getting paid 300k+ to do that. And a 4 day work week. And company car, a comfortable one.

20 miles ... usually takes 45 mins due to heavy traffic, except now there's road construction on approx 93.7% of the roads, so it takes an extra 30 mins or so. It's fvcking aggravating.
