How long have you been on hold with Network Solutions/Verisign before???

Going on about 50 minutes here rite now.. maybe i should have called in the AM instead of PM.

Never for very long. Maybe 5, 10 minutes tops. In fact, the other day they called ME to let me know that they're revamping a lot of their account and customer service programs so that we'll now deal with one permanent account rep. So now I have somebody I can talk to on a first name basis with a direct number to her desk. So far, it's been great.

I've been on hold for 1 hour with Adelphia at 12 am, 45 mins at 10 am, and various half hours during the day.
