when was the last time you smoked? I suggest trying to stop 2-3 months out from the test. A month or less and I would go to GNC and buy some cleanser.

Edit: do you workout? Eat healthy? Drink alot of alcohol?
 
I was gonna type out a long winded speech type deal to explain, but just consult www.norml.org for information. Give it a month and drink plenty of water, and do aerobic exercise to get that metabolism going.

The THC itself doesnt last very long at all.
HOWEVER.......

I would bet a hundred bucks the test you take isnt actually looking for THC.
It probably looking for the stuff your body does AFTER its had THC in it.
And that lasts a lot longer.

But, like the others said:
If you want the THC out you can buy cleansers at GNC or at many head shops.
 
With the vast amount of people that have google toolbar, firefox search thingy or opera in-address-bar search, the hardest is "click in addressbar -> type search term -> press enter" compared to "click on AT in bookmarks -> log in -> Click on ATOT -> Click on new thread -> Type thread title and body -> Post thread"...

Who knows?

a month is a good starting point and it varies from there depending on your size (weight/fat) and usage. i passed a test with only a week clean, but i did drink a ton of water so thats pretty much all i pissed
 
If you are a daily smoker, 2-3 months depending on how fat you are. If you only smoke on occasion, a few hours to a few days max.
