I ordered like 10 DVDs from Hong Kong and have yet to recieve the order. I contact their Customer Support via email and they said that it was shipped out Express Mail on 2/16/2001. Well, I have yet to receive the package as of last night. How long does it take for the order to get here from Hong Kong by Express Mail? I am starting to worry because the last two email have gone unanswered and I tried calling them but their phone is always busy. Any suggestions?
 
The rule of thumb for overseas packages is 30 days. I would normally call the credit card company and dispute the charge. If you receive it, you can always call back and reinstate the charge.
