It depends on how quickly the buyer pay's you. Once they do it should be in your paypal account pretty instantaneously. Best option would be buy it now and require immediate payment

OK. I thought they had some new rule where they held the money.
 
Yes they do. It applies to members who have less than 100 feedback or who created their accounts less than 6 months ago. It is applied to things that sell for more than $100. The money is held until the buyer leaves you a positive feedback and usually within a couple days you'll get the money released. Otherwise if they don't leave positive you'll have to wait a couple weeks before it's released. Not quite sure on exactly how many days but it's on the eBay site just go read it for yourself.
