How long does it take to have an RMA credited back? (average?)

I RMAd some networking stuff...Keystones. They received it on Friday morning and have not yet credited back my CC.

Before I call them and make a PITA of myself, I figured I'd give the 8-Ball a shake.

I don't want to piss them off b/c they could've charged me a 20% restocking fee (it's in there TOS) but didn't...or at least in their email to me w/my RMA number they said they would not.

Depends 100% on the company.

I RMA'ed a drive to Maxtor and had a replacement four days later. I RMA'd (sent back) some parts to a reseller and had a credit about 3 hours after UPS tracking said it arrived. Depends on the company. I'd give them a couple of business days at least. Especially if it is a large, respected company.

Each company does it their own way. On average I get credit within 2 days but there are some that may take a week.
