I quit sleeping a while ago... Sleep is like a narcotic.. The more ya sleep the more ya want, then when ya don't get it your body goes through withdraw.
0-18 hours depending on how i'm feeling. Seriously though,for health reasons I sometimes sleep waaaaayyyyy too much,like 18 hours or so. Other times I try to catch up on lost time and don't sleep for days.
and there hasnt been a scientific explanation why things get old and cells stop regenerating after certain time. perhaps someone can crack the DNA and fix it. actually living forever would suck more.. nm,.
