How long do you plan of keeping your present car?

i will continue to drive until my baby dies off. and when that happens, i might even keep putting money into it... i love my car 🙂
 
I feel bad.. most I've ever put on a car at this point in my life is about 45k. I've bought two new cars, other than used, and the first was destroyed (hit by a drunk driver), and the second I sold when I got to law school.

It's hard to say whether I could stand being with 'old' technology for 5-6 years... I mean I wanna change my computer hardware out once a year and with all the upcoming changes in gas mileage v. performance, I think I'll probably be on the pretty frequently updating car team for the forseeable future.

I can't wait to finish up here and go back to CA so I can buy a car again - I sure miss having my own car.
 
My honda crx has 131k right now, I had my last one from(same year and model 150k - 190k) and then I sold it for a profit. I plan on keeping my current one until the wheel wells rust out (probably in the next few years).
