I have a pillow that I've had for about 15 years, it's goose down. Is it normal to keep them for that long?

If it's still clean and not infested with bed bugs, I don't see why you can't keep using it.

I know my grandparents have a goose down comforter and pillows that are older than I am so 30+ years. I do know you're not supposed to clean them often even once a year is plenty.

How about regular pillows, like foam ones?

My standards for what constitutes an interesting thread topic are pretty low. This has somehow failed to meet even those incredibly lax standards.

Someone was telling me you're supposed to replace regular cotton stuffed pillows every month or two o_O

We've had ours for about 2 years. I hate breaking in new pillows. I would never sleep if I was breaking in a new pillow every month.
