How long do I cook a 4 oz frozen burger on my George Foreman Grill for?

you should thaw it first or you will burn the outside while thie inside is still raw.

That is the most useless post I ahve ever seen. even more useless than some of the crap I post.

I am proud of you!

cook it til blood stops coming out the top... do NOT thaw it out first.. burgers are thin enough to cook evenly thru while frozen

Try about 5 minutes. Make sure to thaw it first. The big thing is you do not want any pink meat in the middle.

I think.

you should see some of Yakko's

ok, I withdraw my comment about me posting crap. yakko (no capital you dummy! 😛) owns that department 🙂

the foreman does tend to char burgers - so I would recommend thawing it beforehand. Just wrap it in some plastic wrap and run it under warm water for a few minutes and that should do the trick. I'm really not sure how long to cook a burger tho - I usually just do it till its done. 😕

the pink tastes good

you dont need to thaw it, at first, put it on a low setting, then once it is starting to cook a bit, turn up the heat, or it will burn. Oh, make sure not to smoosh the burger down too much or it wont be juicy!
