cook it til blood stops coming out the top... do NOT thaw it out first.. burgers are thin enough to cook evenly thru while frozen

Try about 5 minutes. Make sure to thaw it first. The big thing is you do not want any pink meat in the middle.

I think.

the foreman does tend to char burgers - so I would recommend thawing it beforehand. Just wrap it in some plastic wrap and run it under warm water for a few minutes and that should do the trick. I'm really not sure how long to cook a burger tho - I usually just do it till its done.

you dont need to thaw it, at first, put it on a low setting, then once it is starting to cook a bit, turn up the heat, or it will burn. Oh, make sure not to smoosh the burger down too much or it wont be juicy!
