How long did you have to wait on Monarchcomputer to ship your stuff ?

Title says it all. Their prices are good, but their service sucks ! I just want to know how much longer I may have to wait .

call them, there was a small snafu with my order a couple of months ago. they fixed it and upgraded the shipping.

Their customer service is really good, which is more than I can say for Best Buy:

i (pre)ordered a CPU which was on backorder, approx 1 week from my pre-order day was the ETA for shipping the CPU.
However, the CPU was in earlier than expected (eg. 2 days before the ETA mentioned on the website)
They sent it out to me the same day they had it in stock and even upgraded my shipping (i chose UPS ground) to FedEx express...shipping was free.

I cant really complain.

They always ship the same day I order if its before noon PST. The last shipment went out 2nd day air when I ordered standard shipping. One time they didn't have the motherboard I wanted, so I emailed them about it and they got it in stock in like five days. Excellent service all around. I order from them so that I don't have to pay sales tax at NewEgg.

bought them one, they wouldnt send me because i wanted to use different address from billing. email for like 3 days and finally had them send it to home. I would buy from them again but it just a hassle with that
problem.

I ordered on 10/27, and it hasn't shipped yet ! Now you know why I am pissed ?

I ordered my AX800XT PCIe from them last friday about two hours before their closing time, it made fed ex same day and arrived today (it sat at the Fed Ex station 2 miles from here for two days though, what up with that?).

Too bad I don't have a PCIe board to plug it into, it's just sitting up there on the shelf taunting me to try and put it in the ol agp slot and I can't help wondering.........

The irony of the situation is completely lost on me. Looks like the 8500DV is gettin a last minute reprieve while I wait for NF4 boards to ship. It's gonna be a long and trying month, I guess.

Well, it took over a week on the warehouse, but they upgraded my shipping to overnight to make up for it. Its being delivered today. I will try them again, when I need someting they beat newegg on (like this CPU)
