EDIT: It was a whole $7.00 to add me to my boyfriend's insurance when I moved here to Virginia.

Thats just silly, why would it go UP to add someone with that good of a record? Mine went down when I added my then GF\now wife, and her driving record wasn't as nice as yours

I'm not sure. We certainly didn't complain though. $7.00 isn't a whole lot of money. *Shrug*

I didn't get my first ticket untill I got in the service.

So maybe 2-3 years.

It's not that I was a GREAT driver and followed all the rules, my MOM worked for the police dept. in the small town I grew up in and I was a fire fighter (Jr) so ALL the cops knew me. When ever I got pulled over the cops would say "Dave, what are you doing? If your gonna do that, go to some other town and DO IT!!" (and let me go!! )

I made up for it later on though....

Got my licence on my 16th B/D (12/07/1969) :Q

I've been driving for about 4.5 years now, I've only been pulled over twice. Once I got a warning for doing 44 in a 30 ... (but, I know you probably hear this all the time, I wasn't going that fast). The other time I got pulled over was by the Border Patrol in upstate NY, and it wasn't because I was speeding. Nothing came out of that.

So, no tickets yet ...

About 3 months, I was still 16. 60 in a 45, good thing the cop wouldn't have been about a half mile farther down that road, I would have gotten about 80 in a 45 and my driving life would have been changed because >30Mph over in IL is reckless driving =(
