spent senior year interviewing...got a job offer from the place I interned at summer before...joined a month after graduation.

That worked out pretty well. Doing that internship at a big company helped a lot.
 
'Bout 4 Months. Didn't actively look until I was home. Was a tough market at the time and my interview skills were minimal. Once I learned how to approach an interview, I landed my current gig with ease.
 
Took me a full year. graduated may 2002, didnt get my first real job til may 2003. in the meantime i did a lot of part time jobs to pay rent. i'd say the year off did me good, learned the value of money and how hard it is to earn!
 
Hard to say exactly. I put together my first company right away, but the finance partner flaked out before I had a product ready for prime-time. So, I started my second company the same week the first one fell apart and then spent most of a year solid in product development. So, it depends on what you count. According to my mother, I still don't have a "real job" so we could even be talking more than twenty years here....
 
AF ROTC w/scholarship. So basically I had a job, contingent on graduation, field training, etc., 4 years before graduation.
