You wouldn't have to ride YOUR motorcycle either. You'd have your pick of any motorcycle anywhere. Personally, I'd rather ride around in an Ariel Atom than a motorcycle (and an F1 car on public streets over the Atom, but it'd take me a while to learn how to use it for sure)

the realdoll factory is still around right?
Yup. Its just outside of San Diego.
But you better learn how to make your own.
As soon as one gets finished its out the door immediatly. They dont have any finished models just sitting around.
Meh, scavenge the post office, then..
They dont send those big wooden crates through the post office. They are a special delivery from a small shipping company.
...and you know this...how?? :p
1.) Hit the search button on the left hand side of your screen.
2.) Type in "Shortylickens" and "RealDoll".
3.) Click Search.
4.) Read.
5.) Laugh at the sad little man.

In all honesty I think the only way to survive this without becoming completely and uterly dead to boredem would be with the help of drugs, and I do not normally encourage drug use.

How close is it to the nuclear power plant? With nobody else to man them, I figure its a matter of time before it shuts down or explodes.

With no energy, eventually foods will go back and you'll be stuck with only dehydrated and canned foods.

I'd probably last a year at most.

For a group of computer lovers the end would probably not come until the fuel ran out for the generator.

But what if a global EMP knocked out all electronics permanently. Sure you could still get basic machines and engines to work but no computer games. Lets say you could find a dog or cat for companionship. Would you cope? Would you even know how?

I for one would go mad and start talking to trees, and probably off myself in about a year, after the novelty wore off.

I would find a house with ample living space and storage. I would scout around for construction equipment rentals, and get some generators. Go find and queue up some fuel trucks for months of gas. Find a Costco with for an almost endless supply of smokes. Then probably kill myself while refueling the generators because: 1) I don't know how to operate a refueling truck 2)I will probably be smoking whilst refueling.

A lifetime. That would be seriously awesome.

Do animals still exist, though?

No animals or any other living creature. Only plants and vegetation exist.

Then anyone in that situation would die on a long enough time-scale. You need humans to turn oxygen into carbon dioxide, and the plants need carbon dioxide to turn into oxygen. The plants would die without the gases they need from animals to survive, and I have no idea how long the O2 in the existing atmosphere would last (though I'm guessing several centuries for a single person, but if immortality was part of the scenario, you'd still die).

You don't understand the O2 cycle of plants. Plants still use oxygen for all the basic metabolic functions, CO2 is only used in the utilization of light energy. So no long term O2 depletion. Although many plants would die out without insects and birds the vast majority can live without animals.

without the guidance of spiritual matter, there would be nothing left to keep your soul burning, you would collapse almost immediately.

I disagree, but the reason why is beyond the scope of this thread, and it might turn into a very sidetracked conversation that will get this thread locked.

I'd go fishing, and screw the limit! :D
I could also go cycling on the street without fear of being run over by some garish suv.

Everyone's... dead. Everyone's dead except me... I'm alright... why am I alright? I was right there in the middle of the vault... The vault! I was down in the vault... that's why I'm alive...

Thing of it is, though... thing of it is... I'm not at all sure, that I want to be alive...

Fvck that. I'd kill myself. No meat = Better off dead. You did specifically say "people" in your original post though btw.

Also, a complete lack of animals would totally mess with the ecosystem.

This thread is stupid.

...

I wouldn't go insane, but I give myself as long as a MiG-29 or F-15 can remain airborn without refueling, I'd take off and forget I have to land :p

A few years if I had a plane and lots of fuel. About 4 months if I had fishing equipment. And about 2 days if I had nothing...
