How long before you give up moving threads, mods?

You're gonna have to give in and get a life one of these days... no really... people ain't gonna stop posting in the "wrong" forum and do you want to spend your whole life moving these threads? The weight of the users is going to be too much to bear!

Rigoletto, when threads stop landing in the wrong forums. BTW, don't assume I
will get a life anytime soon. ;)

What the hell kind of post is this?

I have had *one* thread moved in 916 posts at AT. Post in the right forum and don't blame the mods for just doing their job.

Oh, I smell a lock too.

What's wrong? Wet your panties little man? You have the nerve to tell someone to get a life because they're doing their job on the forums? And there is more than 1 moderator.

If I might ask, what are we supposed to post in General Hardware? Are we not suppoed to post stuff about video cards, processors or motherboards? And stuff like DVD's, CD roms, sound cards, hard disks etc should really go in the perhiperals forum??

Where does that leave GH?

Rigoletto, that kinda sounds ungrateful. Remember that the moderators are volunteers.

I have never had any hardware-related topic moved out of GH. Nor any tech support topics. I did however have one win2k-software-networking moved to OSes.

Ungrateful??! I was giving them good advice!! I don't want to see well meaning guys wasting their lives on dummies who won't post on the right forum.
But I don't blame all these dummies because the other forums are so slow. If everybody else posts on video cards in general hardware, why should they do any different?
See, I DO care!

Was just about to ask the same thing, Snow. You guys are moving GENERAL HARDWARE threads from the GENERAL HARDWARE forum, to be put in the specialty forums. Well, considering every hardware post has a related specialty forum, this leaves Gen Hardware dry.

Hee hee, I see they're still moving threads. It reminds me of trying to conquer Russia, though. You'll never overcome the hordes.
A lost cause I reckon!
