He is super popular now and has many shows going. It's just a matter of time before he is accused of something. I'm calling it here. RIP Richard Dawson.

They’re waiting for him to visit Trump more often first. It’s all about the timing.

Soon, I hope. I despise that guy...or at least his persona. (in real life he might be different...but I doubt it.)

I was going to say, well, he is in the Family Feud line, but then you did bring up Richard Dawson.

...holy shit what a creep. I barely remember the guy at the time because he was just finishing up when I was young--I only really remember Ray Comes (RIP poor dude)--but I always knew of Dawson because of his reputation.

Grandma and mom and the others would be like, "That Richard, always kissing people!" and kinda chuckling and shrugging it off...but HOLY SHIT--have you seen any of those old shows recently? There is this OTA channel here than only plays game show reruns, all day long....and the Dawson episodes. I caught a few moments from them, but that stuff is goddamn ridiculous. Not only was he 8 sheets to the wind all the time (dude had the whiskey shuffle going on), but the way he would leer over the women, waiting for the kiss, and they would all have to do it like it was required--and on the fricking lips! What a goddamn sociopath. It's amazing to think that that ever flew.

"Yeah, that's just how things were back then." Well, my mom recently reminded me about what that meant, about how when her, her sisters, her friends would tell mom about being groped or harassed or abused at school, by uncles or whatever, Her mom and all the other mothers would just tell them, "Well, that's just how things are...better not say anything!"

I mean, wtf...so yeah, it's been a fucking cancer for generations. The blood on the streets over this really isn't enough for the depth of the crimes that so many generations tolerated and got away with.

Yeah, I saw some of those old shows one day and he was fucking despicable. You could clearly tell by the demeanor of some women that they absolutely were repulsed by him. Some gave me the vibe that they probably had already been victims of some terrible sexual assault. It was stomach turning just to watch that shit. Actually that so many of them seemed like they just accepted it (weren't into it, but hey get it over with kinda demeanor) also is pretty fucking sickening.

His sleazeball host on the Running Man was actually tamer than he seemed to be in real life.

Yeah, I have heard some incredibly fucked up stories about "that's just how things were" that make me wonder where all these "real men" that I keep hearing existed back then. Because "real man" sure seems more like its code word for fucking rapist.

Used to be a fan of Steve Harvey, but his act is getting old. In addition to his "handsiness", I dont care for the way he makes fun of some of the contestants, and his comments about "ghetto" answers. I know it is all supposed to be in jest, but he seems to have just gotten too full of himself, especially for someone who professes a strong religious faith.

his act of "its-so-damned-funny-I-can't-even-talk-or-respond-I-just-gotta-walk-away-and-fake-buckle-over-in-laughter-oh-lordy!"
He's also pretty racist.
