how long before gentoo apps show up in their tree?

kde 3.4 just got released, but it hasn't shown up yet in the emerge tree.

anyone have an idea how long the wait is?

I got it yesterday when I did an emerge sync; emerge -Du world.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have unstable/testing packages enabled.

I wouldn't expect it to be usable for at least a week or two. It's a big suite...
