Is it just me or is this the lamest fad...lamest internet term...almost as lame as reality tv..I don't think I can stand hearing that word anymore arghhhhhhhhhhh!

hey if it makes them happy, more power to them...

But all blogs are basically the same. All of em are filled up with evil and hate and they just want sympathy from their friends.

Web log, essentially keeping an online journal/diary. I suppose they're like all those Everything/Nothing sites, just easier to maintain.

Lame. I'd never read the diary of someone so sad that they have to post their daily life on the internet to somehow lend meaning to their empty existence, but I have nothing against it per se. I don't want these people shot or put in jail, and I guess SOME people care to read their crap.

its become a recent trend for everyone and their uncles to start a blog in an attempt to garner attention and and become popular. how dumb =\

i first found out about blogging ~5+ years ago and have been blogging for ~1. i don't like trendy things, though...time to move on? :/ i've kept paper journals since i was a kid but thought it was more fun to do online because you can make it look just the way you want, add icons, etc...i don't do it for sympathy, i don't do it because it's rad or trendy or or or...i do it for myself.
