As I understand it. Viagra was originally developed for circulatory problems. Then they found out it had "Other" property's.
Basically it increases blood flow, supply to various organs.

I dont think it prevent you from finishing, but u will keep the erection after you ejaculate

(and I heard that the erection can last a VERYYY long time)

It relaxes penile tissues so that blood can flow in and--voila--erection 😀. You still have to think about sports to prevent you from finishing.
