How is pqi RAM? In particular, this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820141211

It has a pretty good rebate for two more days, so I was thinking of snagging some, that is, if it is pretty good memory. I am buying the Gigabyte GA 965P S3 motherboard, so I was also wondering about compatibility issues with it.

I probably will not overclock when I first get my new stuff (e6300 CPU), but I probably will lightly o/c in the future. How is this memory when it comes to o/c'ing?

Any comments are welcome.
 
PQI makes fine RAM. They use the same chips as everyone else. It's as likely to overclock as anyone else using the same chips.

I'd be getting DDR2 800 for C2D. That's just me though.
