how is this ps?(how are neweggs refurbished power supplys?)

High quality unit, but 250w is kinda on the small side. I use the 300 AR-T in my other P4 rig. Newegg carries them as well.

I have not had the liberty of purchasing a refurb psu before. Are you going to change the fan when you receive the new unit?
