Wow, the only thing I can think of would be a huge snowfall the same night. But how could no one see her after she fell?

Can't be worse than an incident back in NYC. A man was murdered in his car and for several days cops just kept on putting parking tickets on the car. One cop even put several tickets on the car. Seems none on them notice the man had a gaping gunshot wound to the head.
