I own a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 91TXM 21" CRT monitor, am using CRT cable (15-pin to 5 inputs on back of monitor). now my monitor says it only supports up to 1600x1200, but i'm playin cs 1.6 on a 2048x1546 res??
 
1). U hav 2 monitors and a streched desktop

or

2). U have not loaded the monitor INF file, which allows you to use unsupported resolutions. I can also crank my Nokia monitor resolutions way beyond whats supported. This is however not very vice, as it may damage you monitor...
