Just gonna post what I've been eating the past few days.

Today.

Morning shake:
Strawberries
Banana
Soy Milk
Ice
Honey
Non Fat Yogurt

Cliff Power Bar which I have like everyday. Its a good pick me up when I am at work at like 10:30.

Salad with
olives
Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Mushrooms
few pieces of chicken
one scoop of italian dressing

One lean cuisine meal thing

and thats it...hungry right now but whatever.

Yesterday:

Shakes
Power Bar

Wrap:
Wheat wrap
Chipolte moyo sauce
Turkey
Swiss cheese
lettuce
Tomato
Mushrooms
Peppers
Pickle
sometimes i get a slice of bacon as well.

Slice of wheat Pita bread with a bunch of olives stuffed inside..mmmm..olives

Steak Sandwich.

Thats pretty much my average day of eating. Morning and lunch are pretty much always the same, with the dinner changing...and honestly, a lot of times I skip dinner even though I know its bad. Its not even that I am doing it on purpose, i just am busy or don't feel like cooking, and then it gets late..so i just go to bed. I also have a few snacks here and there but nothing horrible.

What kills me are weekends. I go out to eat a lot and drink beer..

thoughts...too much bread?

It doesn't look too bad. Are you keeping track of calories? Taking any vitamins, although it appears you are eating a fair amount of fruits and vegetables.

My trainer told me a good saying referring to diets as well. If you never get full you never get hungry.

What goals are you trying to attain with this diet? Or are you just wanting confirmation that it is good?

No real goals, and I am not really sticking to anything all the time, just trying to eat healthier, and using the workout to lose weight. I plan to start weight lifting as soon as my roomate gets back from xmas.

Mmmm, you are eating a delicious and healthy variety of food so far...keep it up! Only recommendation I could make is to eat some citrus fruits if you don't usually.

You also need a daily solution for dinner, since I noticed you said that sometimes you skip. Also when you start lifting you are definitely going to want a viable dinner everyday, maybe a little more for lunch and another snack in the afternoon.
