I can guarantee there are no "cheats" enabled. Hell, I don't even know what they are.
The drivers are standard 53.03 with the "coolbits" enabled so I can OC. And that's it.

Those drivers implement cheats, is not that you make it use them. Your score is much higher than it really should. You have to install 3dmark03 3.40 patch and use another Forceware drivers to see real 3dmark scores. Just have a look at futuremark to check which drivers can be used to benchmark with 3dmark03.

If you weren't you're now. It happens because it has a weak DX9 strengh which needs to be highly tweaked to perform correctly. Futuremark claims they're cheating. Think whatever you want, we'll see how your 5900 performs in DX9 titles.
3dMark01 is VERY CPU dependant and with a 3.6Ghz and a decent video card it would be hard not to see that high scores.
