How is this "2 day air"

I got a confirmation email about a parcel I am having delivered. Does this seem daft to anyone else?

7/16/02 8 : 35 am Out for Delivery.
6 : 47 am Arrived at Airborne Station. Downtown Indianapoli, IN

7/11/02 6 : 27 pm Left Airborne Station. San Francisco, CA
4 : 16 pm Picked Up by Airborne. Shipper's Door

How does "two day air" equate from the 11th to the 16th.. Even with the weekend factered in, it is still long, plus Airbourne Ex. delivers on Sat..

I know...mine was a free upgrade from ground shipping (company made a mistake and offered to upgrade my shipping in return), so I'm not too pissed. But, if I had paid for it, I would be mad! :|

Ask for your money back, atleast. You paid for two-day, you didn't get it. You don't deserve that kind of crap.

typically if you report it they will gratefully give you your money back... sh!t happens sometimes, and mistakes get made.. as long as they go good for them not too much harm is done.
