Someone call dahunan's doctor. He's off his meds again.

these are the biggest issues in politics today.. that humans who are schizophrenic are getting other zombies to vote for them in order to oppress any societal gains

Sixty years ago our elected leaders added "under god" to the pledge of allegance (a gimmick created by a flag company to increase sales) and "in god we trust" to our money. All in an overzealous attempt to some how combat the perceived dangers of communism. Why yos' mad about it?

because we americans attack other nations that are predominantly one religion and never consider that the crusades are still going on
you trying to tell us that it was capitalists that put that on our money and not religion?

The funniest part about pledge objectionism is that "under god" inspires more objections than the most insidious, dastardly lie in the pledge: "indivisible".

What I don't go for is that the pledge means my country right or wrong. Nope, truth is greater than country.

The church of god has no place next to your church of government. So you carry on waging a war to remove every mention of god, historical though it may be, from existence.

ONE could only wish that god was never allowed to enter politics or government..

To be fair that's a little different. Your objection is a matter of principle rather than fact. I do agree in a way though, as I've never found exercises in collectivist thinking to be all that compelling either. I may choose to exercise allegiance to a government at a specific point n time, but I would never pledge it as I must always reserve the right to rebel.

With all the problems we have today, this is what concerns you?

Better we should can the penny, nickle and dime and actually save some money.

Think of all the poor innocent Coinstar employees who would go on unemployment.

Well, the misconceptions that this fosters, that the US is a Christian nation, are the misconceptions that drive policy changes. And even if you hate the government, you still have to admit that an awful lot of people listen to what the US govt says.

Given the pyramid with floating eye on "every dollar" I'd argue we're really a nation controlled by either the Illuminati or Sauron, not Xtina Aguilera.
