How is the POWERCOLOR Evil Commando?

I was looking at all the 9700pro cards and the powercolor has a good goaming budle and is cheaper than the rest but I can'tfind any review on it. If it is lower quality than the rest I won't get it. Also does nyone know where I can get a Gigabyte GV-R9700 PRO Radeon 9700 PRO cheaper than $340? I found it at newegg for $326.00 but it is out of stock, They have the powercolor one there too for $229 but it is out of stock too.

im having problems running it with my system
if you want to buy it i can give it to you shipped to your door
w/everything retail as it came in the package for $275.00
i paid $300 a few days ago....

Well I am a similar system as you so that might be good. I might stick with waiting to get the Gigabyte GV-R9700 PRO Radeon 9700 PRO

i got my $$$$$$$ and went and brought the hercules 9700 pro..
