How is the Mentalist still going?

Since I have a computer science degree, I guess that makes me sort of a scientist (not really), and I know that I find culinary experimentation to be quite a bit of fun. So, why couldn't an eccentric fictitious scientist!?

But yeah... it's mostly just defining his curious, scientific nature (sort of like I mentioned above) in a fun way.

And Amanda Righetti (VanPelt) does?

Sure, Van Pelt is too hot and glamourous for a cop, but as opposed to Lisbon who looks like a fragile tiny girl, Righetti has broad shoulders/strong body shape, so she's definitely pretty realistic for a cop. Not necessarily the character, though.

I like Fringe, and I like Anna Torv, but on that program, she has about 8,000 too many lingering close-up reaction shots, each one almost exactly like the other 7,999.

Whats interesting is I dont really care of Olivia (prime), but the alternate one rocks my world. I hope she comes back. Anyways, they seem to be letting Anna Torv extend her range. Or she learned how to.
