I think it's one of John Grisham's best books. The first time I read it, I couldn't put it down.

As with any Grisham book, the writing is not great, but the story is quite good.

Not Grisham's best, but good enough to while away a few hours with. I'd recommend A Time To Kill or The Rainmaker, personally.
