how is the aero 7 lite? xp 2600 better than 2500?

Im runing a barton 2500 @ 2.2 ghz, would this be a good fan, or should I keep the 7000 rpm coolermmaster fan I have one now.

avg system temp is 39c

Also I just recieved an xp 2600, retail chicp i believe. does it suck?
 
my friend has it. If i recall correctly, it even does a better job on cooling than its bigger brother aero7 non lite (all copper), because bigger heatsink albeit it's aluminium. The fan might be a little loud, but at medium setting (around 3k rpm) it sounds like default amd fan, maybe quieter. For the temp, it's great, but definitely not a competitor to zalman, slk, etc. But for cheap fan it's not bad. You may want to google it to find some review, i remember seeing several reviews about this fan.

As for your 2600 chip, you must try it for yourself. If it's mult locked and not a mobile chip, maybe your barton mobile will do better. But if it's mobile barton, it might be a potential overclocker
