Question How is resource monitor reporting 115% CPU usage?

Just wondering, everything seems to be running as usual but the last few days it's been doing that.

Did you turn it to 11?

Are you on Linux? Some resource monitors treat 1 core as 100%, so if you had 8 cores fully loaded, you would see 800% utilization.

IIRC Windows 7 did that when overclocking as well.
