How is Newegg's return policy on monitors?

I'm thinking about getting a Sony G520 monitor, but i don't want to have problems if I get a defective one. Has anyone exchanged a monitor at Newegg, and if so, how was the experience?

Also, what the hell is the difference between the G520 and the G520P?

The difference is the case. The 520P has a silver 2 tone metallic case. The 520 has a dove grey case. Also the shape of the case is different. I have the 520P. Very impressive. I got it from dell for $650 + shipping.
The first one that came was damaged (UPS ground). I called DELL and they sent airborne right out and picked it up in a couple days. Then the airfreighted a new one in about 10 days. Came in good condition. Works well.
I don't think large monitors are boxed to ship singly opposed to on palettes. I can recommend DELL because of the great and easy return service if necessarily. I've heard that a some vendors aren't as easy to deal with. Newegg has a goood reputation, never returned a monitor to them though

Well I would order from Dell but the same monitor (G520P) costs $100+ more there. Newegg sells it for $622 plus $40 shipping. At Dell it is $756 plus $60 tax and I'm not sure about the shipping charge.
