How is my resume looking? UPDATED

I really like my existing job but felt it was about time to get some updates done on my resume before I let things slide too long and end up losing the file. I dug up an older resume and started modifying it with my current experience and trimming some of the fat from past jobs.

also, as others have said, I would remove the "posted over 10,000 times" bit. I assume a lot of those were from work, right

And about the education part, I don't quite follow, are you getting a degree from two separate schools or did you transfer? If you transferred, you degree from Wentworth is not really "in progress". In either case, you should put in some "relevant classes" and expected graduation date.

one of the last jobs i had was looking for people to switch from phone based support to phone AND email based support. they wanted someone with experience typing up technical help. when i applied for the email support portion, it was necessary. i took it out now though

i'd DEFINITELY remove the internet posting line.

also, choose a school that you're in progress. how on earth are you going to two schools getting the same degree? if i saw that i'd put it in my "eh" pile for "this guy doesn't know how to write a resume" if you're inbetween schools... well tha't i don't know how to fix but pick the school you were at last and are going to return to.

plus... it's been three years since you went to school. there has to be some better way of putting that... do you have a career counselor somewhere you could go see? because if it's been three years, you are NOT currently in progress.

I only need 45 or so credit to get my Bachelor's degree, so at some point, I will return and take the classes needed to finish the degree. Since you would toss my resume right into you "eh" pile, what is a better way to list the college experience if I did not get a degree at those school?

my word skills are quite lacking so yeah, i used a template back when i first did my resume and it has been going on that template ever since.

Wow thanks, some of you are really helpful. I posted here looking for help, not a beatdown. This is like when someone ask for help with their Ford and half the post are along the lines of, "GET A NEW CAR, FORD SUCKS"

Brian...I read your resume and offer a few more suggestions for you:
1) Get your verb tenses straight. In your current job, you use both present and past tenses. Use present tense for your current job, and past tense for all previous jobs.
2) The overall impression of your resume is okay, but it's not really going to grab anyone's eye. Is there anything in your previous job experiences that you can quantify?? Even if you can approximate some quantites, dollars saved, time saved, ect., DO IT!! Job functions described with a quantity attached will look much more impressive than just some regular job description. I'd really encourage you to get as many of these in there as you possibly can. If you can't think of any, we will help you.
3) Use more buzz words. As your resume currently stands, I don't think it would make it through any HR resume scan. You've got to load that baby up with all the buzz words you possibly can. List every piece of software you've had experience with along with their appropriate buzz words. I'm glad to see you used object-oriented in there. That will give you some HR points.

go get the 45 credits and get your degree already

great advice, next time i go through everything, i will beef it up and fix the verb tenses (which iw as confused about anyway).
