She did work for her mother (Clerk) for 25 years and got OT. Her salary was higher than any other Deputy position in the county.

The question is:
Does the work as a Deputy count for the salary longevity as a Clerk?
Given what her salary is; it would seem so.

Not really. Her pre-incarceration "convictions" demanded that she forbid her staff from issuing such licenses, too. Apparently/presumably she had some sort of religious epiphany while "reading her Bible in jail," and came to see the Really True Light (vs the Sorta-but-Not-Quite True Light?)... or some bullshit like that anyway...

I clearly do not like her, but I would like to see what changes she made to the marriage licenses;
A county clerk from Kentucky who went to jail rather than issue marriage licenses to gay couples made material changes to the forms upon her return and is not in compliance with a federal court order, lawyers for couples suing her said on Monday.

Not to defend these religious nutters, but farmers all across this country wear overalls and straw hats. I guess they're shit stained too?

Put your money where your mouth is and stop eating. Only buy food from people who wear proper clothes. Cargo shorts and backwards baseball caps, I guess? Khakis and a blue shirt? I'm not sure what it takes to not wear clothes that make one "shit stained", but I'm sure those non-"shit stained" people grow all kinds of food in the middle of Manhattan.

My thought when I saw him (the husband) on TV at her rally. He plainly knew he was going to be on TV he chose to wear that. Point is we all need to show some dignity when its a planned event like a Job interview or a wedding or a press conference. He can wear that shit any other day of the week.
