1-It's 800g w/o a fan.
2-It carries this weight high off the chip(torque loading).

5-The Zalman 9500 is lighter with a fan,costs no more,is much more attractive, and is a proven WINNER!!

From what I have read about the product it is right up there in the same league as your top of the line heatsinks...

The Ninja....zalman 9500....ThermalRight XP120 and XP90cu as well as the thermaltake Big Typhoon

But then again the heatsinks I listed above have proven track records...

I would wait on this one.....
