How is it that people are giving out direct invite links for gmail?

trying to figure out how people are giving away gmail invites with the full url and not via email.....how?

And I don't even email them to myself, I just put in fake info, and it shows up in the Sent Mail Folder... 🙂
 
i had a gmail invite hidden in one of my morning musume threads from a few months back. waited a few weeks and no one ever took it, so i did. 🙂

I got one sitting in another thread, not even hidden. Been there for nearly two hours now. I am surprised these savages haven't snatched it yet.
